Spanish police intercept gang's €7.5m haul
Spanish police have intercepted a yacht bound for Britain with 250 kilos of cocaine on board.
The yacht, boarded at sea off Vigo, had sailed from the Netherlands Antilles and was suspected of previously stopping in Colombia to load the cocaine, which is estimated to have a street value of around 7.5 million euros.
Two crew members were arrested on board, and six more gang members were arrested ashore as part of a joint operation in the Costa del Sol.
