In the week Wiley officially launched its online almanac yachting iPhone app, software company Tubaco in association with Imray has launched its first mobile phone based application aimed at yachtsmen, which is downloadable from www.apple.com.

The IRPCS application costs £3.99 and the developers have promised more applications for iPhone in the future including live tides and other navigation features.
