Jumping in for charity at Town Quay tomorrow
Hardy souls are being sponsored to take a dunk in Southampton’s Town Quay Marina tomorrow, Saturday 2 July, to help raise funds for the charity Hearing Dogs for Deaf People.
The plan is for participants to be rescued by one of the team of 89kg (14-stone) Newfound Friends, the Newfoundland dog rescue team featured on Channel Five’s Extraordinary Dogs series. The team will also bring along some Newfoundland puppies.
