David Rushby has been around boats for the past 40 years and logged well over 60,000 miles, mainly under sail, including the east coast of North America, all through the Mediterranean, three times to the Azores and back, the west coast of Africa, the Canary Islands, Iceland to Greenland and the coasts of the UK, Ireland, France and Spain.

He’s had three boats designed and built for him, the last being a 42ft motor-sailer. A large part of David’s sailing has been single-handed and his boats have been based in Plymouth.
