If you have the chance to specify which side of the centre line of your boat the fuel and water tanks should be built, bear in mind that you are likely to use water and fuel at different rates. So where possible, to prevent the yacht heeling, don’t put all the water tanks on one side and fuel on the other. Mix them up and use both sides equally.
