Stranraer Harbour
Stranraer Harbour: New facilities building opened in 2012. Dumfries and Galloway Council are currently consulting on waterfront development proposals for Stranraer now that Stena’s ferry port has relocated to the north of Loch Ryan. A 30 tonne boat hoist is to be installed early 2016 and a boat yard and slipway (to the west of the harbour office) are now available.
