Sunderland Marina: Sunderland Marina offers its berth-holders immediate access to the open sea at all states of tide, situated at the mouth of the River Wear.
Our Marina is unique in that it is owned and operated by an independent Charitable Trust which provides opportunities in Outdoor Education for the local community through its centre ‘Adventure Sunderland’.
The Marina consists of 132 Pontoon and 95 Fore & Aft moorings; it is staffed 24/7 and we aim to provide our customers with a friendly service in a safe and secure environment.
We use a size banding system for our pontoon berths and the maximum size of vessel we can accommodate is 40ft / 12.2m.
