The village-owned marina on the Moray Firth coast of North-East Scotland holds a fun day of races every year
Sailors are invited to take part in the fun-filled, family event of Whitehills Marina Regatta.
The annual day of races will be held this year on Saturday 9 August.
Whitehills Marina is an award-winning village-owned marina on the Moray Firth coast of North-East Scotland.
Vice chairman of the Whitehills Harbour Board, Willie Milne said: ‘Whitehills Marina Annual Regatta is an event based on a fun-filled family day for all ages and capabilities.
‘The races are followed by a presentation and also a barbecue for all particpants to attend, serving our local and friendly fish monger Downies of Whitehills seafood and local farmer Jimmy Forbes’ world renowned sausages.
‘There is also music and refreshments which contribute to a great atmosphere.’
The skippers briefing will be held at 10am on the day, in the harbour office.
