The Portuguese Navy found this 25ft (7.5m) yacht upside
down last week, 17nm South West from Cape St Vincent. It was a French yacht, abandoned in
poor weather last July, 540 nautical miles west south west of Brest, after
sustaining damage. After being abandoned, she drifted some 600 miles before she
was recovered. The boat is now ashore in Portmao.
