Boat owners are invited to attend the Ocean Safety Open Weekend where they can get expert advice on EPIRBs, lifejackets, liferafts and other safety equipment for boats and be in with a chance of winning a free liferaft service.

Prize winners
Liferaft owners who are thinking of getting their rafts serviced, can have them opened by the company’s experts so they can be thoroughly checked and have a look at the equipment contained within.

Those who take part will be entered for a prize draw for a chance to win a free service and re-packing. Services will be completed within two weeks.

The event will take place at Ocean Safety’s Southampton premises between 10AM and 4PM on Saturday and Sunday 14-15 February.

A further event will take place on Saturday 7 March in Plymouth.

Last year’s event was held in Southampton over a weekend in February and there were around 60 liferafts opened.
